Selected mounting configuration
Presented for the documented HK-SR and Heart Stabilizer relationship.
Separate the selected HK-FXG-Q mounting configuration from the T4 and T8 suture-organization variants so customers can understand exactly what each model does.
Model function, channel count, fixation, permitted system relationship, packaging, and regulatory status should follow the current IFU and model matrix.
The page no longer presents every HK-FXG model as both a suture organizer and a stabilizer mounting interface.
Presented for the documented HK-SR and Heart Stabilizer relationship.
Used for intraoperative suture routing and organization.
Used when additional suture-management channels are required.
Reuse and re-sterilization are not part of the public product claim.
HK-FXG-Q is presented as the selected interface in a documented AeroMed configuration. T4 and T8 variants are suture-organization products and should not be described as stabilizer load-bearing interfaces.

Four-channel and eight-channel variants used for intraoperative suture organization.
Distributors should confirm SKU, channel count, sterile packaging, case quantity, and model-specific CE documentation before quotation.

The page presents HK-FXG as a sterile single-use accessory family with CE documentation available according to the exact model scope. It does not use a generic FDA claim.
HK-FXG is a sterile single-use cardiac accessory family. Different models have different roles: HK-FXG-Q is presented for a selected Heart Stabilizer mounting configuration, while T4 and T8 variants are presented for intraoperative suture organization.
HK-FXG-Q is the assembly-type configuration described in the source page as the interface between HK-SR and selected AeroMed Heart Stabilizer standoffs. Exact assembly should follow the current IFU.
T4 variants provide four-channel suture organization and T8 variants provide eight-channel suture organization. They should not be described as the load-bearing stabilizer mounting interface.
The source page presents HK-FXG as sterile single-use. Reuse and re-sterilization should not be performed unless approved labeling for a specific market states otherwise.
This page does not make a blanket compatibility claim. Third-party use should be verified against dimensions, fixation, load path, and applicable instructions before clinical use.
