Three route-specific configurations.

HK-FDDC-4FX and HK-FDDC-4TNOS are separate transvaginal architectures; HK-FDDC-4NOS is a dedicated transanal architecture. Select the route first, then confirm the double-ring, balloon or transanal configuration.

Product selection and use should follow the current IFU, labeling, hospital protocol and destination-market requirements.

Product Architecture

Do not combine route and architecture.

The three models share a D60 four-channel sealing-body layout, but their access route and matched retractor / protector architecture are different.

Selection Logic

Route first. Architecture second.

Natural-orifice product selection should never be based on the shared four-channel layout alone.

Step 1

Route

Confirm transvaginal or transanal access.

Step 2

Architecture

For transvaginal use, confirm double-ring or balloon configuration.

Step 3

Instrument plan

Confirm four-channel layout and instrument diameters.

Step 4

Documentation

Use the exact model IFU and destination-market regulatory scope.

Model Matrix

Before quotation: confirm route, architecture, instrument plan and exact model. Do not substitute 4FX, 4TNOS and 4NOS solely because all three use a D60 four-channel sealing body.
Factory & Distributor Clarity

Clear route boundaries reduce ordering errors.

The page gives distributors one comparison without implying that transvaginal and transanal systems are interchangeable.

Controlled product information

Use the formal model, exact configuration and current controlled documents for every evaluation, quotation and registration project.

4FX is not a transumbilical standard modelIt is presented here as the D60 four-channel double-ring transvaginal configuration.
4TNOS uses a different access architectureThe balloon configuration must be confirmed separately from 4FX.
4NOS is route-specificTaTME and TAMIS wording should follow the current IFU, labeling and destination-market requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Natural-orifice access questions.

Concise answers for product evaluation, model selection and distributor communication.

What is the difference between 4FX and 4TNOS?

Both are D60 four-channel transvaginal configurations, but 4FX uses a double-ring architecture and 4TNOS uses a balloon architecture.

Is 4NOS interchangeable with the transvaginal models?

No. HK-FDDC-4NOS is a dedicated transanal configuration and should be selected and documented separately.

Do all three models have the same valve layout?

The current technical matrix lists four channels with two 10-size and two 5-size valves for each model, but the route-specific access components differ.

What should be confirmed before requesting a sample?

Confirm access route, double-ring or balloon architecture where applicable, instrument plan, exact model and required regulatory documentation.

Confirm the exact Single-Port configuration.

Send the access route, required channels, intended instruments, target market and evaluation quantity.
